What we are not
We are a software company. We are not authorised or regulated to give advice in any of the fields below, and using Life Vault OS does not create a professional, advisory or fiduciary relationship of any kind.
- Not a law firm and not your solicitor. Nothing here is legal advice or a legal opinion.
- Not a regulated financial adviser, wealth manager, mortgage or insurance intermediary. Nothing here is a personal recommendation, suitability assessment or financial promotion.
- Not an accountant or tax adviser. Nothing here is tax advice, and tax treatment depends on your circumstances and can change.
- Not an investment adviser or broker. Nothing here is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment, and past performance says nothing about the future.

Use Life Vault OS to get organised, get clear and arrive prepared — then take regulated matters to someone qualified in your jurisdiction who can see your full circumstances.
- Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, property, employment and disputes: a qualified solicitor.
- Pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning: an authorised financial adviser.
- Tax, residency and business structure: a qualified accountant or tax adviser.
- Insurance cover and claims: an authorised insurance intermediary or your insurer.
- Health, symptoms, medication and mental wellbeing: a qualified medical professional.

Life Vault OS is a planning tool and is not monitored. If you have a medical emergency, or you are concerned about your safety or someone else's, contact your local emergency services or a crisis service immediately. Do not rely on this product for urgent help.

We make no representation or warranty that content in the product is accurate, complete, current or applicable to your circumstances, including any jurisdiction-specific rule, threshold, deadline or entitlement.
Your Life Vault Score™ and preparedness levels are internal planning indicators produced by our own weighting. They are not a rating, a credit assessment, an insurance valuation or a measure of legal or financial adequacy.
