Data Protection

We hold the account details you provide, the content you create inside the product — your North Star™, Life Compass™ scores, decisions, journal entries, timeline events, reviews and vault documents — and membership state derived from your payments.

Your content belongs to you. You can edit or delete it from inside the product at any time, and you can take a full copy with you using Download My Universe™ in Exports & Reports.

Nothing is shared with another person unless you invite them into a Shared Universe™ and grant a role. Permissions are enforced server-side, and you can revoke access at any time.

We use a managed database and authentication platform, a payment provider, an email delivery provider, a product analytics provider and an AI model provider. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

AI-assisted guidance is generated on request. Prompts are not used to train third-party models, and journal content, AI prompts and AI responses are never sent to our analytics provider.

We keep your content while your account is open so your history remains useful. When you close your account we delete member content, retaining only the minimal records we are required to keep for accounting purposes.
