Life Vault OS provides software, planning tools and AI-assisted guidance. The AI Decision Guide™, scenario intelligence, Decision DNA™ signals and review summaries are produced by a large language model working from the information you enter.

Its purpose is structure, not authority. It helps you see a situation more clearly, widen the options you are considering, name the risks and opportunities you may have missed, and turn a decision into a sequence of practical next steps.

Life Vault OS does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment or medical advice. AI-assisted guidance is informational and general in nature. It is not a recommendation, an opinion from a qualified professional, or a substitute for one who knows your full circumstances.

The AI does not make decisions for you, and it will not tell you what to do. Where a matter touches law, money, tax, investments, insurance, employment or health, the guidance is designed to prompt better questions for a qualified professional — not to answer them in their place.

Language models are probabilistic. Treat every output as a draft to be checked, especially where a number, deadline, entitlement or legal position is involved.

The model operates under standing instructions written into the product: a calm, supportive and practical tone; no legal, financial, tax, investment or medical advice; no decisions taken on your behalf; and a consistent recommendation to consult a qualified professional where a matter is regulated or consequential.

Where output does not meet those guardrails, we would rather surface less than overstate. If you receive guidance that reads as regulated advice, please report it.

The content of a request you submit is sent to our AI provider for the sole purpose of generating your response, and the session is stored in your vault so you can return to it. We do not use your vault content to train public models.

You control what you send. Redact anything you do not wish to transmit before requesting guidance.

You remain the decision maker. Review AI output, verify anything material, seek professional advice where it is warranted, and act only on your own judgement.
